Naturopathy

The etymology of Naturopathy comes from the English “ nature ” and “ path ”.

“Nature’s path” which translates to “the path of nature”.

Naturopathy focuses on the person imbalances, the source of functional disorders or diseases. It addresses the causes and strengthens the environment so that the person can access their own means of self-healing.

The naturopath is an advisor who provides supports with personalized advice. They focus on lifestyle and diet or field regulators (plants, essential oils, nutritional supplements, etc.)

Modern allopathic medicine fights the disease, its symptoms, by sometimes replacing the deficient organic functions. The two approaches are complementary and each with their own limits.

Food is our first medicine...or our first source of imbalance.

Depending on your problems, I will be able to offer you a suitable and non-restrictive diet where pleasure will have its place.

Healthy living covers many aspects of life: physical activity, rest, social life, leisure, etc.

In some cases, in addition to advice on nutrition and healthy living, I can offer you field regulators with plants, essential oils, trace elements, gemmotherapy, etc.
