Naturopathy

The etymology of Naturopathy comes from the English “ nature ” and “ path ”.

“Nature’s path” which translates to “the path of nature”.

Naturopathy focuses on the person imbalances, the source of functional disorders or diseases. It addresses the causes and strengthens the environment so that the person can access their own means of self-healing.

The naturopath is an advisor who provides supports with personalized advice. They focus on lifestyle and diet or field regulators (plants, essential oils, nutritional supplements, etc.)

Modern allopathic medicine fights the disease, its symptoms, by sometimes replacing the deficient organic functions. The two approaches are complementary and each with their own limits.

Food

Food is our first medicine...or our first source of imbalance.

Depending on your problems, I will be able to offer you a suitable and non-restrictive diet where pleasure will have its place.

Healthy living covers many aspects of life: physical activity, rest, social life, leisure, etc.

Field regulators

In some cases, in addition to advice on nutrition and healthy living, I can offer you field regulators with plants, essential oils, trace elements, gemmotherapy, etc.

Naturopathy remains faithful to the precepts of the famous ancient physician Hippocrates De Cos (-460 to -377 BC)

I. Above all, do no harm (Primum non nocere)

II. The healing power of nature (Vis medicatrix naturae)

III. Identify and eliminate the causes (Tolle causam)

IV. Detoxify and purify the body (Deinde purgare)

V. The naturopath is a teacher (Docere)

VI. Treating the whole person (Home totus, Tolle totum)

VII. Prevention is the best cure, to maintain the highest possible level of health and well-being (Prævenire)
